As part of this year’s NAIDOC events, the centre is hosting a weaving workshop with Lea Taylor. Lea is a cultural educator, a highly regarded artist, and facilitator of cultural and art workshops. This workshop will demonstrate traditional and contemporary weaving techniques, and will be working with a mix of natural and hand-dyed fibres. Lea’s last series of workshops at VPCA sold out so this is sure to be in high demand.
