After a wonderful soft launch and incredible community support, Woodpecker Designs is excited to announce extra workshop dates at Victoria Park Centre for the Arts.
Join Elena & Brett for a relaxed, creative resin experience where you’ll design your own unique piece to take home. Choose from resin-coated boards, lazy Susans, cheese boards, picnic tables, glassware, tumblers, vases and more.
No experience needed — we provide all materials, guidance, nibbles and a drink while you explore colours, techniques and your own creativity.
Perfect for beginners, friends, couples, families, gifts or simply a fun day out creating something beautiful.

Join Brett and Elena from Woodpecker Designs for a series of creative, hands-on resin and timber art workshops at the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced maker, our workshops provide a fun and relaxed environment where you’ll create your own unique piece to take home. Choose from a range of projects including resin art tumblers, wine glasses, cheeseboards, lazy Susans, wine racks, seascapes, surfboard mirrors and more.
As part of our soft launch, we are offering special introductory pricing, with workshop fees set at cost price in exchange for participant feedback to help us refine and improve future workshops.
We look forward to creating with you and sharing the joy of resin and timber art.
Please Note
Tumbler & Wine Glass and Wine Rack workshops are only available in morning or afternoon sessions, as these projects require specialised rotating equipment to run for approximately five hours after the workshop.
Photography and videography may be taken during workshops for use on our website and social media channels. Participation is entirely optional and only with the consent of those who wish to be included.

GRANNY SQUARES CROCHET WORKSHOP

Perfect for those with little crochet experience or anyone wanting to perfect their Granny Square technique.
Through this crochet workshop, we’ll guide you through the steps to create two classic granny square designs. You’ll learn the stitches, tips, and techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment, all while making your very own crochet squares.
All materials are provided, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy an afternoon of creativity, connection, and mindful crafting. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a way to make thoughtful gifts, or just a fun, hands-on experience, this workshop is your perfect way into the world of crochet.
