An exploration of cultural identity, love, loss and how current culture fed through the media affects tradition. A combination of large and small atmospheric works with an emotional residue of things lost and things left behind.

These works are predominantly female portraits or figures in private moments with bicultural ethnicity, carrying cultural motifs which can be read as autobiographical – Polynesian/Maori/English.
