VPCA Christmas Art and Craft Market!

Market happening Sunday 7 December 2025, 8am-12pm
Our annual VPCA Christmas Art and Craft Market is coming up again, add the date to your diaries and please share with anybody who might like to be a stallholder or might like to come along!
Stalls are only $25. To apply for a stall you need to be a member of the centre (an additional $25 for membership if you aren’t a member already and you would be supporting the centre).

Terms and Conditions
Current members of the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts (VPCA) can apply for a Christmas Art & Craft Market Stall at the VPCA.
Stalls will be selected considering availability, quality and variety. Stallholders will be informed if they have not been successful in obtaining a stall. Each market stall is limited to 1. If you need to hire a Trestle Table, you must provide your own quality table cover & display equipment.
- You must be a current member of the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts to apply for a Christmas Art & Craft Market Stall at the VPCA. You can apply for a membership at: https://vicparkarts.org.au/product-category/membership/
- As a Vendor at the VPCA Christmas Art & Craft Market you must be the maker, creator, designer and producer of the products and/or artwork you would like to sell.
- As a general guide the stall area will accommodate one trestle table size of 175cm (width) x 75cm (depth). This can be negotiated depending on your position in the Market space. Alternatively, you can fit out the space with whatever suits your display needs as long as it fits into this space. Please keep in mind that we are trying to provide a unique and creative experience in the Market space.
- You may hire a trestle table from us, but you will need to supply the table covering and all other display equipment. Seating will be provided.
- Set up will start from 7.15am. All Market spaces must be cleared of any packing material and general rubbish by 12.30pm. If you need more time, please let us know as soon as possible to make arrangements.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe site. Rubbish bins will be provided at the pop-up space. We ask that you take care to sort recyclables and that you avoid providing non-recyclable shopping bags, which includes plastic bags. We would like this to be a sustainable event.
- Please be mindful of safety concerns for the visitors and other stall holders by confining your display to the allocated space and not obstructing pathways.
- Vendors must comply with the relevant legislation to their saleable products. The Vendor is responsible for obtaining and displaying the appropriate licenses complying with the requirements of the Town of Victoria Park.
- Two Vendors may share one Market stall. Each Vendor must fill in and sign a separate Expression of Interest Form and Terms & Conditions Agreement. Each stall is limited to two Vendors maximum.
- Vendors shall indemnify the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts from any damages, expenses or liability arising from any incident occurring within the space occupied by the Vendor or any incident caused directly or indirectly by the Vendor within the premises of the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts.
- The Victoria Park Centre for the Arts will not be liable for any damages or loss to the property of the Vendor.
- The Victoria Park Centre for the Arts may take photographs or have photographs taken of you and your products and/or artwork directly relating to the VPCA Christmas Art & Craft Market for use in promotional material and social media.
