You are invited to join Richie, along with his Mixed Palette Inc art group, for a facilitated painting workshop at the Victoria Park Centre for the Arts on Friday 24 March 10:00 am –2:00 pm. All materials will be provided.

Pay what you can—donations welcome and appreciated for entry (suggested price $20 for full workshop for those who can afford).

This workshop is running alongside Richie’s exhibition ‘Back Home’, being shown in the Kent Street Gallery Front Room from at Victoria Park Centre for the Arts from 24 March to 12 April. This body of work reflects on Richie’s childhood memories of “back home” on his family farm in Cunderdin in the Wheatbelt. Richie’s work is colourful, layered and joyful. His paintings layer not only mixed media materials but also layers of memories over landscape, as well as imagined creatures.
